Milano, November 16, 2009 – Aicon SpA, active in the design, construction and sale of boats and luxurymotor yachts, listed on the Standard segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, has finalized, through its brand Morgan Yachts, its third Ambassador partnership agreement with Marine Services Varazze for the sale of its classic motor yachts range in the Western Liguria Riviera area.

The tournament was held at the Groendal Golf Course in Wassenaar belonging to Dutchman Theo Dietz, founder of the O’Neil brand. Among the participants of the tournament were some of the most important world-class footballers and about 30 multinational top managers and CEOs. The event was held from May 25 to 27 in Huizen a seaside municipality near Amsterdam.

Approved the 2009-2012 New Industrial Plan

Messina, April 28, 2009 – The Board of Directors of Aicon, the Group from Messina operating in the design, construction and sale of pleasure craft and luxury motor yachts, has today approved the six-monthly financial statement as of February 28, 2009 on the assumption of company continuity  and the 2009-2012 Industrial Plan.
