Board of Statutory Auditors
The Board of Statutory Auditors consists of three regular members and two alternate members appointed by the ordinary Shareholders' Meeting. The term of the Board of Statutory Auditors lasts for three financial years and expires on the date the Shareholders' Meeting called to approve the financial statements for the final financial year of their term.
