Committees

The Board of Directors may form committees consisting of its members of an advisory nature under applicable legislation governing listed companies.

The Board has thus appointed:

• The Internal Control Committee: entrusted with assisting the Board f Directors in the periodic examination of the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control system;
• The Remuneration Committee: entrusted with assisting the Board of Directors with the remuneration of the chief executive officer and other directors with special assignments, as well as any executives with strategic responsibilities.
