Aicon: the Board of Directors is postponing until November 21, 2008 the approval of the draft financial statements for FY 2007/2008, along with the business plan 2009/2011 review

Milan, November 14, 2008 – The Board of Directors of Aicon S.p.A., re-adjourned today November 14, 2008 to discuss and deliberate regarding the approval of the draft financial statements for FY 2007/2008, informs that it has been examined, along with the draft financial statements, the review of the Business Plan regarding the three-year period 2009/2011. In consideration of the effects that the Business Plan review have on the financial statements, the Board of Directors has deliberated on the deferral until November 21, 2008 at 4 pm of the Board of Directors for the approval of the Draft Financial

Statements for FY 2007/2008 and the review of the Business Plan 2009/2011.
