Milan, January 8, 2009 – Aicon, the nautical Group from Messina which operates in the design, construction and marketing of luxury motorboats and yachts, listed on the Standard Segment of the Italian Stock Exchange communicate that the permanent board auditor and the vigilance committee member Giovanni Stella has effective immediately resigned from the roles due to the unexpected difficulties arising from reconciling the commitments of the position with his own personal professional activities.
