Milan, November 3rd, 2008 – Aicon S.p.A. the nautical Group from Messina which operates in the design, construction and marketing of yachts and luxury pleasure crafts, would like to communicate that the permanent board auditors Marcello Gamba and Fausto Casarano have resigned effective immediately due to the unexpected difficulties arising from reconciling the commitments of the position with their own personal professional activities.
