The Aicon business model is characterized by:

• the high degree of vertical integration, which provides a selective recourse and a strictly disciplined outsourcing and to permit the control directly on the whole productive chain, having as main purpose the quality of the boats;
• the industrialization of the productive process and the planning of the production geared towards the optimization of the productive capacity and of the management of the warehouse.
• elevated level of productive flexibility in order to offer the clientele a wide choice of options (for ex. the essence of the wood, the accessories and other architectural and living elements).

The ordinary activity of production and sale of the boats is carried out in a repetitive and systematic productive cycle which winds its way throughout the company according to a seasonal rhythm which varies according to the diverse markets where the Group operates and to the demands of each market.
